Acceptance Criteria

1. As a portal administrator, I can configure an instance-wide option to restrict 2B account administrators to only adding/inviting account users with email addresses matching domains defined in the accounts detail page.
2. When this option is enabled, an account's details page shows an area to input domains
3. If consumer email addresses are disallowed, B2 account managers can still explicitly assign account users with non-matching domains to the account.
4. This option does not apply to Personal Accounts. Personal Accounts' details page will not have an area to input domains.
5. This option is disabled by default.
