Audit shows elements that should be hidden when in Japanese

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Portal with Japanese set as Default Language
2. Go to Control Panel>Configuration>Audit (put /en after localhost:8080 to help with Nav if needed, but remove it once at the page)

Expected Result
No page count tab or previous/next buttons on the page with results not expanding beyond the first page.

Actual Result:
Previous/Next Buttons show up and a page counter dopdown. Previous and Next buttons ARE disabled though.

Tomcat 9.0.33 + MySQL 5.7
