Motivation

Besides the OOTB marketing categories described in LPS-112735, users will be able to create their own custom mkt categories, with the same attributes as the OOTB ones (except that custom ones can be deleted).

They will be created and managed from the marketing categories page described in LPS-112738.

Technical Requirements

Steps to create new custom taxonomies will be:

• When user hits on the "+" button on the left side, then the "Add taxonomy" screen shows
• This screen has:
• a Name field
• a Description field
• both fields will have the locale switcher to include translations
• Cancel, Save and Save and add a new one buttons ("Save and add new one" button is a nice to have feature described in LPS-114120)**
• Cancel button leads back to the previous screen
• Save button adds the taxonomy and leads back to the previous screen where the new category can be selected. A success message is shown.
• Save and add new one button will clear the form and user will be able to add a new taxonomy from the same screen

• Custom marketing categories can be added, deleted or renamed (see LPS-112736)
• A message will show when deleting custom taxonomies or categories in them (see LPS-113922)
• Custom taxonomies' categories will also have to be retrieved from the content dashboard
