Description

As instance level settings are created, there are two levels of setting. Instance Administrator have to know about changes in system level that they cannot reach because of their limited permissions.

Acceptance Criteria

1. As an Instance Administrator, I want to be informed about the changes in CORS settings on system level.
2. As an Instance administrator, I want to get a notification about the changes in CORS settings on system level.
