Change the panel category of the desired portlets from Control Panel into Global Apps

Intro/Context:

Now that we have a new button for Global Apps we want to distinguish and place applications and control panel in the drop down menu.

The goal of this story is to move selected portlets from control Panel to Global Apps menu.

When clicking on the Global Apps button

Then  the Global Apps menu shows:

• Application tab containing :
  • Content: content dashboard, and Asset Libraries
  • Workflow: process builder, and submissions
  • Change Lists: settings
  • Sites: with "recently visited" and "my sites"
