As a Page Creator I want to adjust the visible part of an image for each viewport

Intro/Context:

When user add an image using the image fragment there are times that the image is not appearing with right level or zoom. This is due to the fact that with large screens some image with high resolution fit good on a Desktop screen but its not always the case with smaller screens like mobile. For example a scenic image showing characters on a mountain walk could look too small if displayed on a mobile.

The goal of this story is to allow a Page creator to enlarge the image fragment container to a given width or height and/or reposition the image inside the image fragment container using the Image Editor.

When the user selects crop and modify the image fragment height (or width)

Then the image fragment height (or width) is modified.

When the user selects crop and drags the image inside the image fragment.

Then the image fragment is moved, and the image repositioned.
