Reproduction steps:

1. In a 6.2 bundle, create a new site role
2. Grant this new role permission for Site Administration > Content > Documents and Media > Access in Site Administration
3. Upgrade the database using our DB Upgrade Tool

Expected behavior:

• The role maintains its permissions

Actual behavior:

• Instead of "Access in Site Administration" the role now has the "Add to page" permission for Documents and Media
