As a Page Creator I would like to localize external links, documents and image description in editables

Context/Intro:

Currently if you add a fragment to a page in the default language and then create an external link, or a link to a downloadable document for the other languages, the links get updated for all the languages. Sometimes this is useful, but often times it is not as we may need different links based on the locale.

It is also necessary that for localized images the description can be changed for each locale.

The goal of this Epic is to solve this by allowing translators to link to documents, and describe the images in their preferred language without affecting the other ones.
