Steps to reproduce (in this case):

1. Go to system setting
2. Click on Infrastructure > Upload Servlet Request
3. Change the Overall Maximum Upload Request Size value to 10000
4. Click on save button

Expected Result:
Save changes successfully.

Actual Result:
No response with the following error in the browser console.
