Description
Object name is missing when the current default instance language is not the same when the object was created.

Pre-conditions
Go to Control Panel > Configuration > Instance Settings > Localization (at Platform section) > Default Language > select English > Save;

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View > don't add a translation to the form;
3. Go to Control Panel > Configuration > Instance Settings > Localization (at Platform section) > Default Language > select Portuguese (Brazil) > Save;
4. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Objects;

Expected Result
Object/form name fallback to the default when the current default instance language is not the same when the object/form was created.

Actual Result
Object/form name is missing when the current default instance language is not the same when the object/form was created.
