Global Menu button is frozen after execute reindex action

Step to reproduce:

1. Global Menu > Control Panel > Search > Index Actions
2. Execute Reindex all search indexes.
3. Click the Global Menu button
4. It is frozen.
   And the text of Global Menu becomes global-menu
   There is no error in browser console and log console

Expected Results:
The Global Menu dropdown panel should be shown.

Actual Results:
The Gllobal Menu button is frozen. Additionally, the element of Global Menu button is changed.

However, there is no error thrown in browser console and liferay console.
