steps:
1.create a maven workspace 73 in command
2.open pom.xml in maven workspace
3.change target platform from 7.3.2 to 7.3.0
4.create a maven mvc project in maven workspace
5.open pom.xml in maven mvc project

actual result:
The target platform of mvc project is not 7.3.0 as maven workspace, is 7.3.2.
