Errors when updating Portal 7.2 to 7.3

Steps to reproduce

1. Download latest Portal 7.2 and master builds
2. Copy the attached config file to <7.2 and Master build folder>/osgi/configs
3. Run 7.2 and configure it to use MySQL
4. shut down 7.2
5. Copy the data folder on the 7.2 root folder
6. Go to the Master folder and Delete the data folder and paste the one copied from 7.2
7. Create a portal-ext.properties file and point it to the same DB as 7.2
8. add this line at the bottom:  upgrade.database.auto.run=true
9. Run Master

Expected Result: Upgrade should be  successful

Actual Result: there are a lot of errors that happen during the upgrade and ultimately makes it unsuccessful.
