Edited custom title of Widgets cannot be saved.

Reproduced steps:

1. Add a Widget Page.
2. Add Hello World portlet into the page.
3. Go to Portlet Options > Look and Feel Configuration.
4. Enable Use Custom Title.
5. Edit the Title.
6. Click Save.
7. The edited Title cannot be saved, it changed back to the original one.
