Steps to Reproduce

1. On the search page add widgets until the type facet (or any facet with checkboxes) is off the page.
2. Configure search page's Search Bar Widget to "let the user choose".
3. Refresh the page
4. Scroll down to a facet and click on a checkbox (the box itself, not the label)

Expected

Page refreshes with the search facet applied

Actual

Focus shifts back to the search page's Search Bar Widget and nothing happens.

 

Reproduced this in Firefox. Works fine in Chrome.
