Error message is not consistent when impossible date range is set on Advanced Publication schedule settings

      Description

      Steps:

      1. Enable Staging from Site > Publishing > Enable Local Live, then perform initial publish
      2. Go to the Site, then on the top left corner of the page, click Publish to Live
      3. Click Switch to Advanced Publication
      4. Configure the setting as follows:
        • Date: Schedule
        • End Date: End by – Current time.
        • Repeat: Monthly
        • Leave the rest of the configurations
      5. Click Add Event
      6. Assert the error message.
      7. Repeat step2-5 or just click Add Event again.
      8. Assert the error message.

      Actual Result: Error message is not consistent. One is "End date must be greater than start date." Another one is "A wrong end date was specified, the scheduled process will never run.".

      Expected Result: Error message should keep consistently as "A wrong end date was specified, the scheduled process will never run."
