Description

The position of the items at the "Deploy as" screen is wrong.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Global Menu > Control Panel > App Builder > Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View;
3. Add a Table View;
4. Go to the Apps tab and click to deploy an app;
5. Select the Form View and Table View;
6. Observe the position of the items at "Deploy as" screen is not as expected. - BUG.

Expected Result
The position of the items at the "Deploy as" screen is as expected according to the design mockup.

Check the Mockups to see how exactly the expected results are.

Below are some examples noticed by QA:

• The Checkboxes should be aligned to the right side;
• There should be horizontal lines between each deploy option;
