As an End User, I want to be able to remove the TOTP verification step option through its configuration in a more obvious way

Description

As of the current working, clicking on the "Generate a new time-based one-time password configuration." button removes the TOTP setting and so technically that step switches TOTP off for the specific End User. However, this is not obvious to the End User from the current UX.

We want to refine the text on the page to make the working more obvious.

Acceptance Criteria

1. As an End User, I want to have a clear explanation on my TOPT configuration page of the removal that removes the TOTP verification option from my MFA login process with that also.
