Preconditions

1. Go to Global Menu > Control Panel > Objects
2. Create an object with Form and Table view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Global Menu > Control Panel > Apps > Workflow Powered or Standard App
2. Add some Apps with and without accent (E.g.: Árvore, Arvore, Teste)
3. Select to Order By Name

Actual Result

Apps are not correctly sorted (E.g.: Árvore -> Teste -> Arvore)

Expected Result

Apps should be correctly sorted(E.g.: Teste -> Árvore -> Arvore)
