Drag and drop images into CKEditor

It's not possible to drag and drop images from a file manager directly into content edition.
Issues noted here: https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-115767 also cause frustration in that attempting to go back to the product menu from the now separated "pages menu" causes lost edits.

 Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to any editor (Alloy Editor/CKEditor in Web Content)
2. Drag and drop an image into the editor

Expected Result:
Image is uploaded and rendered in editor

Actual Result:
Nothing happens

Tomcat 9.0.33 + MySQL 5.7
