Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Objects
2. Create several Objects with Form View and Table View
3. Click on App Permissions and save
4. Try to scroll the screen
5. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Apps > Workflow Powered
6. Create several Apps
7. Try to scroll the screen
