'Could not load the page' appears after clicking on question title

Requirement:

• Copy the file com.liferay.questions.web.internal.configuration.QuestionsConfiguration-default.config to OSGi/configs folder
• Add two properties as below:
  • com.liferay.portlet.display-category=category.collaboration
  • enableRedirectToLogin=true

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start portal and login as Test admin
2. Edit the home page and add "Questions" to this page
3. Go to MB to add a new category named "Test Category"
4. Add a thread in Test Category
5. Navigate to home page
6. Go to the category "Test Category"
7. Click on the question title

Expected Result:
Question details page display.

Actual Result:
'Could not load the page' appears.
