      Description

As MBMessages does not have support for specifiying the language in which a post is written. In the former forums, we had different categories for each language (https://liferay.dev/forums/-/message_boards/category/8408627) but with the new structure without categories, all those messages are merged into the same category we need a way to mark the language.

As a first approach we decided to use a tag with the ISO Code of the language  (that way would potentially allow create personal filters to show a set of languages).

The problem with the language-tag is that it shows together with the rest of the tags, and it may confuse or loose its meaning (specially for native english speakers that only see english posts).

Van we evaluate any UI/UX alternatives to denote the language?

P.S. I've already have a conversation with Victor.Valle on this, after which he encouraged me to create this issue to check with the UX/Design Team
