    Description

      As part of LPS-113561, we want to deprecate the Liferay.provide function.

      Currently in the portal-web module we have 2 usages.

      Goal:
      Remove the calls to the Liferay.provide function
      Make sure that the dependencies required by those functions (when they exist) are available
      Everything should keep on working the same way
