Can't create web content if certain DDM fields' name contains diacritic characters

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a 7.0 bundle with the latest Fix Pack (92)
2. Create a structure, put a Documents and Media / Image / Link to page field in it
3. Set "über" as the Field's name
4. Create a web content using the structure

Current behavior: Fields and buttons are greyed out and unresponsive, error in console

Expected behavior: Web content should be normally editable

Note:

• Other fields are working properly
• If you set "uber" instead of "über", it's working
