Change Preview button in Page Editor Toolbar to a icon button

By including the preview, editing modes, and responsiveness buttons, a revision of the page editor toolbar design is necessary to accommodate all these tools within the available space.

At the moment a viable solution is to change the "Preview" button from a text button to an icon button and gain some extra space.
