Still not able to display child of child pages in Navigation widget using the Bar Minimally Styled template, or any other default template. This limits the usefulness of Navigation in Liferay because the first page the parent page is often a blank page and then under that there are more than one level of child pages. Currently only the first generation of children are allowed to be shown, regardless of portlet configurations the ADT refuses to display the second generation of child pages.
Steps
1) Create widget page structure as:
Main Parent Page
|
Child Page
|
Child of Child Page
2) Configure navigation widget to show two or three levels
3) Navigation templates ignore that page "Child of Child Page"
Expected:
At least two levels of child pages be supported out of the box
Actual:
Only one child level can be displayed. Nobody is asking for unlimited child pages, but a second level to be provided is very, very reasonable out of the box.
