Create tests to check system configuration is shared and applied across companies and to test that instance settings configuration is isolated from other instances.
Create tests to check that instance configuration can use name to override system configuration.
Create tests to check we can't have the same url pattern in different configurations that are not directly overriding others because it would be undecidable . These tests must verify that url patterns defined on overriden configurations are not taking into account when checking for duplicates.
