Ckeditor' dialog won't dynamically re-center on browser resize

Reproduction steps:
1) Add this in the portal-ext.properties:
editor.wysiwyg.default=ckeditor
editor.wysiwyg.portal-impl.portlet.ddm.text_html.ftl=ckeditor
2) Start the server, login as Admin, go to Product Menu > Content > Web Content > Create a new Basic Web Content
3) Click the Link button, or embed an image and then double click on it to trigger the Image properties dialog
4) Observe the dialog position and how it behaves upon window resizing

Actual: The dialog is not re-centered
Expected: The dialog is re-centered
