Sometimes an error is displayed and all entries disappear (until the page is refreshed) when deleting a Workflow App's entry through Details View

Preconditions

1. Go to Global Menu > Applications > App Builder > Objects
2. Create an Object with Form and Table Views

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Global Menu > Applications > App Builder > Apps
2. Go to Worfklow Powered tab
3. Create a Workflow App
4. Go to the Workflow App
5. Add some entries
6. Open any entry and select to delete it
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 sometimes if the issue is not reproducible on the first try

Actual Result

• An error is displayed and all entries disappear (until the page is refreshed)

Expected Result

• No error should be displayed
