Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Site Panel > Content & Data > Kaleo Forms Admin
2. Select do add a process
3. Continue the process until reaches the Workflow step
4. Click on "Add Workflow"
5. Close the modal

Actual Result

• System goes back to the first step and then returns to the Workflow step

Expected Result

• No issue should be observed
