This development is part of the Multi-Factor-Authentication (from now on: MFA) administration in the portal.
Activation of MFA is available at the instance level, and there is a System Setting option to disable MFA in all instances.
This feature allows administrators to be notified when MFA has been activated/deactivated by System Administrator.
As a System Administrator, if you enable/disable MFA at System Settings - Multi-Factor Authentication - Multi-Factor Authentication System Configuration, all Instance Administrators who have MFA enabled at their instance will obtain a new notification to report this change.
As an Instance administrator, you'll obtain a notification if the MFA has been enabled or disabled in system level configuration by a System Administrator if MFA it's enabled at your Instance.
To see the notification, just go to: Your Icon Profile (top right) - Notifications.
- MFASystemConfigurationListener: new Listener at System Level to track the System Settings change, recover the administrators and launch notifications
- MFAEmailOTPConfigurationListener: new Listener to track MFA at Instance level, and send a notification if the Instance Administrator enables MFA with MFA deactivated at System Level.
