As the common fragment style list is becoming really long and is now accessible separately from the Fragment Configuration, Page Creators would need to be able to access it from the Fragment structure to optimise the cumbersome of the page. We also needed to re-arrange the sidebar to take into account this change.
The goal of this story is to move the Fragment Styles access to the fragment panel and re-organize the fragment structure to give an easy access to "general" and "fragment structures".
Given a Page Creator is working on a content page and is looking at the SideBar (fragment structure)
When selecting a fragment or an editable field
Then al edit and configuration options appear in the sidebar just below the page structure panel instead of the floating toolbar.
When hovering over the separator border between the structure panel and the configuration panel,
Then the cursor changes and the user can resize the height of the panels.
