Collection pages cannot be staged or exported/imported

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new site
2. Create a new dynamic collection in the site
3. Create a collection page based on a collection (not a collection provider)
4. Export the site and download the LAR
5. Delete the site
6. Create a new site
7. Import the LAR
8. Edit the collection page that was created before

Expected result: The collection page should be configured with the collection (since it was also exported/imported)

 

Actual result: The page is not configured
