As an instance administrator, I want to change the link to documentation included in the vocabularies help text

      Motivation

      The text help with a link to the documentation is a featured aimed at facilitating the onboarding process of taxonomies. This link can be edited or removed in case the instance administrator considers so.

      Technical Requirements

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Given the section "Categorization" in Instance settings > Assets in the default status
      • When the user removes the default link and no URL is indicated
      • Then the message Learn how to tailor categories to your needs won't show in any of the mentioned places
