Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Content & Data > Forms;
- Click to add a new form;
- Add a Select from List field to the form's body and erase the automatic name from that field;
- Save the form;
- Go to the Rules tab;
- Click to add a new Rule and, under Condition, click the first select box to choose a field from the form.
The only field from the form should be visible as one of the options.
There's a blank option under the "Choose an Option" label that represents the only field of the form.
