Description

CKEditor resize doesn't work. When trying to resize, the editor breaks and fully resizes instantly.

To test this
1. Navigate to Content&Data/Wiki
2. Add Wiki
3. In created wiki edit Front Page
4. Add some text to open Editor
5. Try to resize
