[Bug] Thousand separator not implemented in Numeric Report

 Description

The acceptance criteria “The average number format must be display a thousand separator and decimal separator” was not implemented.

Sum, min and max should also have this acceptance criteria.

 Steps to reproduce

 

1. Go to Content and Data > Forms > Add a new Form 
2. Add numeric fields and choose Decimal option
3. Publish the Form
4. Copy the link and Fill/Submit the Form
5. Go to Reports (Entries tab)

 Actual result

The average, sum, min and max number format does not display a thousand separator and decimal separator

 Expected Result

The average number format must be display a thousand separator and decimal separator. Sum, min and max values too.
