      Test Scenario 1.2: User cannot see translate, import translation or export for translation options with only 1 available language

      Test Steps:

      1. Go to site settings of Liferay > Languages > Define the custom language
      2. Move all the languages except English from current to available > Save the changes
      3. Go to Web Content > Add a basic WC named Web Content Title
      4. Click on 3 dots icon
      5. Assert translate, import translation or export for translation not display
      6. Go to site settings of Liferay > Languages > Define the custom language
      7. Move Spanish from available to current> Save the changes
      8. Go to Web Content
      9. Click on 3 dots icon of Web Content Title
      10. Assert translate, import translation or export for translation display

      9. Move all languages from available to current> Save the changes
