Wrong position for success message when adding account in assign user modal

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Business Account
2. Go to Users tab
3. Click on + button to assign a user to account
4. Click on + button to create a new user
5. Input required fields
6. Click Save
7. Assert no success message shows up
8. Click on + button to create another new user

Expect Result
Success message should shows up when adding account user to account successfully.

Actual Result
Success message shows up when trying to add another account user to account page.
