Usability issues with the portlet without borders

      Description

      When the portlet is displayed without borders, all the options of the portlet are shown in a new black overlay.

      This is really nice but it has some usability problems, as the icons do not match with the icons of the portlet with borders and because some options are missing. Some things we could do to improve it:

      • Use the same icons we have in the portlet with borders: the tool, the minus, the plus and the cross.
      • The tool icon should open the same options menu it opens in the portlet with borders (option like export/import can not be done now from a portlet without borders)
      • We should move these icons to the right of the portlet, so that it is consistent with the portlet with borders.
