Description
The labels fields are not shown translated. It is only shown when the user clicks some field on the form builder.

Pre-conditions on Documents and Media
Go to Content & Data > Documents and Media > Metadata Sets tab > add new metadata;

Pre-conditions on Web Content

1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structures tab > add new Structure;

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add some fields > translate the added fields to a different language;
2. Save the structure/metadata;
3. Reopen the created structure/metadata;
4. Switch between the translations;
5. Observe the fields are not shown translated until the user clicks on some field - Bug.

Expected Result
The field labels are shown translated immediately after switching the translation.

Actual Result
The field labels are not shown translated. It is only shown when the user clicks some field on the form builder.
