Currently, both questions and answers entries can be upvoted or downvoted.
For answers, the vote count can be used for sorting because there is a filter to rank answers for a specific question based on the vote count.
For questions, however, this filter does not exist so there is no way to filter or rank questions based purely on their votes (only by when the last vote was made). This would be an important feature to have because users may want to see what's "popular" in the forums right now and want a way to curate that.
Given a site with questions in a page and multiple questions with votes
When a user selects the filter for "Most voted"
Then she will see a list of questions with votes ordered from higher to lower number of votes
