Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use IE 11.
2. Go to product menu -> Configuration -> Site Settings.
3. Put your mouse on the input field of description.

Expected result:
Input field should not be grey.

Actual result:
Input field is grey, and the mouse turns to the forbidden icon.
