Step to reproduce:
1. Login ad admin
2. Add a new instance www.able.com
3. Login www.able.com as [email protected]/test
4. Go to Control Panel>Configuration>Instance Settings
5. Click MFA
6. Enable OTP and TOTP
7. Create new user [email protected]/test1
8. Login as the new user
9. Go to Account Settings
10. Click Multi-Factor Authentication tab
11. Enter incorrect TOTP code and click Submit

Actual result: Go to General tab
Expected result: Stay on Multi-Factor Authentication tab
