Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Portal with any language set other than English
2. Go to Control Panel>Configuration>Custom Fields
3. Choose any fields (Blogs) and add a custom field
4. Selection option is untranslated
5. Click on Selection
6. Observe Data Type value

Expected Result
Data Type value should be translated

Actual Result:
Data Type value is still in English
