Description

We are making the messages and labels on the End User's MFA configuration pages more obvious and consistent.

Acceptance Criteria

1. As an End User, I want to see consistent wording on my TOTP configuration page with using the remove word. (see totp-user-config-remove-or-delete.jpg)
2. As an End User, I do not want to see a dot at the end of the button label. (see totp-user-config-remove-dot.jpg)
3. As an End User, I want to see simpler verifier type switcher link with using having the Use * instead of the long Use another multi-factor authentication checker: *. * is the name of the verifier. (see use-another-verifier.jpg)
4. As an End User, I want to have the Shared Secret read only field look like other read only fields in the portal. Task: change the field readonly instead of disabled.
