Grey screen (modal-backdrop) blocks the interaction with the Form builder

 Description

Grey screen (modal-backdrop) blocks the interaction with the Form builder when the user clicks on Share in the gap between the user publishes the Form and it's saved.

 Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Content and Data > Forms > Add a new Form 
2. Add any field
3. Publish the Form
4. Click to save the Form
5. Click on Share before the Form is saved

 Actual result

The user can't interact with anything on Form builder

 Expected Result

The grey screen should not be over the Form Builder and the user should be able to interact with the Form builder.
