Can not add collection item based on Basic Document in collection page

Step to reproduce:

1. Add a new site
2. Add a dynamic collection with All Types
3. Add a collection page based on the dynamic collection
4. Assert the O items are shown on the control menu
5. Click the plus icon on the control menu > Basic Document
6. Type title > Click Publish

Expected Results:
The document should be created successfully.

Actual Results:
The error message is shown:

• Error:Your request failed to complete.
