Translations cannot be exported if an asterisk is included in the web content title

Note: This could be a Windows issue. I haven't been able to validate on a different OS yet.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable translations management
2. Add a web content with any title that includes *
3. Export translation > select all languages to export (I tested with two scenarios: one that already had translations and one that did not)
4. View zip folder name

Expected result:
The title includes the asterisk. For example,

 web content*-enUS-es_ES.xlf 

Actual result:
The asterisk is replaced by an underscore.

 web content_-enUS-es_ES.xlf 

5. Open downloaded zip

Expected result:
All translations are found as .xlf files inside

Actual result:
No translations are found

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.33 + MySQL 5.7.
